First Aid Supplies

  • Assemble or purchase a first aid kit. Storing these supplies in a case, a fishing tackle or tool box, or even a small cardboard box with a handle, makes them easy to carry. Tape a list of the contents to the inside of the lid.
  • Store prescription medications and copies of critical medical information in your Grab ‘n Go kit or in watertight bags in the refrigerator.
  • Check expiration dates periodically. Replace items that have expired.
